Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once the product has been returned and inspected.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. You will be required to send us a photo of the damaged item as proof.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for color preferences or if the product has been opened and used.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at contactus@avantcollections.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging the product.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
